COMMISSIONS
INFORMATION
- Once I have recieved your ideas and original thoughts for a prop, headpiece or costume; I will draw up a design then talk you through what I'm thinking for it's construction,
- When you are happy with this, a quote will be provided. This can be paid in full, via Afterpay or in installments. Work on your item will commence once I have received the first or full payment.
- I will ask for a variety of your measurements and will send updates as I work on your piece (pics / vids)
- Once your item is finished, you are welcome to pick up from Haus of Hart studio in Ashfield; or postage is available Australia wide.

INFORMATION
- All orders are posted Regular Australia Post with tracking, unless otherwise organised. A courier can be arranged for delivery, as well as Express Postage.

- RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders are accepted with at least 3 days notice before the item is needed. A 10% surcharge will be added to your invoice.
- You are welcome to pick up your order for FREE from Haus of Hart studio in Ashfield. A contact free drop box is ready in a secure location for 24/7 pick up.
